Adult Sanctuary: Strict No Kids Policy
The Hair Apothecary is designed as a tranquil, private adult retreat. Due to chemical vapors, hot styling implements, and dedicated 1-on-1 focus, we have a strict No Kids policy. Children, infants, and unscheduled companions are not permitted in the service area. Please arrange childcare in advance so you can completely relax during your service.

The Hair Apothecary is an intimate, tranquil adult sanctuary. To ensure full relaxation, dedicated 1-on-1 artistic focus, and absolute safety around professional chemicals and hot styling tools, we maintain a strict No Kids policy. Children, infants, and unscheduled guests are not permitted in the styling area.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or changes within 48 hours may be subject to a fee before rebooking.
Deposits & Card on File
Transformations and multi-hour appointments require a deposit or card on file at the time of booking through Vagaro. Deposits are credited toward your total service balance on appointment day.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes early. A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to avoid delaying the next client.
Studio Amenities & Inclusivity
Enjoy complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, snack bar refreshments, abundant free parking, and step-free disabled access. The Hair Apothecary is proudly LGBTQIA+ friendly, celebrating all clients in a safe, judgment-free space.
Hair Preparation
Please arrive with completely dry, detangled hair washed within 24-48 hours. Avoid heavy root-concealer powders or sprays that block pigment absorption.
Service Adjustments & Redos
If you feel your tone needs a minor adjustment, please notify Syd within 7 days of your appointment so we can schedule a quick complimentary gloss or tweak.
